To give advice one needs to have lived and enjoyed this life; the author personifies this, he has a true "try everything" attitude. Community work, film, music, sport he has had a go at all of them, and now he turns his hand to writing.

Now some may say to give advice you need to have had challenges and hardships. The author is a pragmatist and optimist, he takes the best from life, learns and moves forward.

This book started out as just a bit of fun - an eclectic collection of information. Needless, to say like Oscar Wilde, we all believe that we don't really need advice and certainly won't use it...but once read does the knowledge become your own?
